The main benefit of Reiki is to reduce stress (mentally and physically).

By helping a person experience deep relaxation, Reiki enhances and accelerates our body’s own ability to heal.

  • Reiki is an hour of pure meditative bliss, all you need to do is close your eyes and enjoy the experience. You may even fall asleep during the session.

    During the treatment, I will place my hands on your body and hold each position for about 5 minutes. Soothing music will take you away as I work with your energy.

    You may feel the warmth from my hands, you may even feel tingling or pulsing. Sometimes you won’t feel anything at all.

    Whatever you feel during your Reiki session is not important, but I will guarantee that you will feel the difference once we have finished.

    • It’s your body that is doing the healing, you are actively promoting relaxation, giving your body the optimum state for wellness.

    • Every cell in your body has an inbuilt intelligence, so never doubt its ability to heal.
